Risharde is currently 24 years as of (May 2009), he started minor application development at the age of 11. Risharde continued to develop applications and websites mainly through internet resources such as cgi101 which taught him more about the PERL language as well as other websites which taught him HTML, Javascript, CSS and Flash. Since then Risharde has persued Information Technology related education and has completed his Bachelors in Computer Science and Management. Currently, Risharde is the IS/IT Manager for the Eastern Regional Health Authority where he is in pursuit of improving the efficiency of services within the IS/IT Department. Risharde has to be one of the youngest managers in the region and he is still into program development as a hobby using PHP, HTML, Javascript, VB.NET, mIRC Scripting, CSS, Flash development, PERL and JAVA.

Risharde loves to spend his extra time as a guitarist and lead singer for his band "Life and Death - The Band" which can be found on Facebook with sample videos of live recordings. He also plays piano for Word of Life Faith Centre and is currently the band's leader. Risharde enjoys a quiet life other than this and prefers to spend time with his family at home instead of "liming" out often.
